I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share my talents with the Shelter Our Pets organization
and their clients! As someone who has loved animals all my life, I empathize with those
individuals reluctant to leave difficult situations in order to continue to care and protect their
beloved pets. I also fully support our military forces and their sacrifices and I feel privileged to
be able to offer my assistance in ensuring their companion is well cared for during their
deployment.
I have enjoyed volunteering and visiting my local community on therapy dog visits for the past
14 years as well as serving as a test evaluator for a therapy dog organization. Being able to
witness the amazing gift of comfort animals freely offer humans is awe-inspiring and humbling.
I aspire to be so generous throughout my life!
I am grateful to my understanding family for their continued support of and assistance with my
volunteer activities. In addition to my two-legged family members, I also share my life with a
perfect Halloween cat, Stryker and two Siberian Huskies, Maximus and Stormy.
