Linda Strauss received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and Bachelors of Arts from Yeshiva University. Ms. Strauss is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Upon graduating law school, Ms. Strauss served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt, and the Honorable Burrell I. Humphreys, Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. Ms. Strauss combines her litigation expertise with her commitment to helping clients reach a comprehensive, fair and cost-effective resolution in civil litigation (such as employment discrimination and contract disputes) and family-law matters (such as divorce and restraining orders). In addition, Ms. Strauss handles estate planning and administration as well as real estate transactions. Ms. Strauss has extensive experience handling trial and appellate matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to following her lifelong dream to start her own firm, Linda was an associate with a nationally recognized firm, focusing on matters involving construction defects, insurance, toxic torts, products liability and employment law. Linda has also committed an extensive amount of time volunteering to represent victims of domestic violence during their Court proceedings. Linda is dedicated to each and every client and zealously represents their interests.
