Robyn Monaco has been a dog trainer, animal behaviorist and animal rescuer for over 15 years. Twelve of those years spent with her remarkable feral rescue, Chula. Robyn and Chula have trained service dogs to transport objects, bark alert, shut lights, and pick up dropped objects for people with a disability, in addition to advanced obedience, agility, and custom training per individual owner. Years of study, observation and hands on behavioral work has given Robyn insight into the workings of a dog’s mind. She communicates with dogs in a language that they understand. She also has experience with livestock and exotics.
A graduate of Rutgers Law – Newark, Robyn works as a Paralegal at the Bank of New York Mellon, and currently devotes about 30 volunteer hours per week to the care of shelter dogs, event planning, fundraising, and caring for her own rescue, Pumpkin.
