The event also featured a bake sale table which was organized and run by River Vale resident Diana Smartenko and Pascack Valley High School students Lauren Smartenko and Mollie Reich.

The bazaar attracted numerous holiday shoppers offering a wide array of products from jewelry, artwork, crafts and home decorations. “We held this bazaar with the purpose of raising funds and spreading word about Shelter Our Pets’ mission,” said Co-Founder and President Lynn Gregorski-Bosi. “We’re also hoping to continue to strengthen our relationship with these talented crafters and artisans for future events.”

“I think this is a very good cause because a lot of animals out there are in need of shelters,” said winner Rosemarie Costanzo. “My daughter is a cat lover, I am a cat lover - we’re cat people! I can’t believe I won because I never win anything.”
